“Firstly it is a challenging but well designed program that is far superior to the work outs I was doing on my own. My strength and coordination has absolutely improved along with learning many new movements and form corrections. You can work out with BJ virtually 5 days a week (he makes it fun) or do the work outs later on your own. He gives great ideas for making the most of the equipment you have. Secondly you “get” much more than a work out program. The program encourages you to think about your goals from a wider vantage point. I smiled for DAYS and I still get chills thinking about it. It was just the best. It was hard work, but he gave me the tools and encouragement to get there.
